FIELD: anaesthesia in medicine associated with catastrophes, in services for rendering emergency aid. SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises pipe unions for connection to anaesthetic agent source and to breathing gas source, connecting device provided with nonreturn valve, pneumatic relay, first breathing gas pressure stabilizer, regulators of breathing gas and anaesthetic agent flows, narcotic mixture flow interrupter, and pneumatic pulse generator with controllable pulse frequency and relative pulse duration. Apparatus also comprises oxygen flow interrupter and switch-selector of operational modes of apparatus. Breathing gas flow and anaesthetic agent flow regulator are made in the form of second pressure stabilizer and follower, their inputs are connected, respectively, to breathing gas source union and to anaesthetic agent source union. Output of first pressure stabilizer is connected to oxygen flow interrupter connected to first and second inputs of narcotic mixture flow interrupter and to switch-selector of operational modes of apparatus. Switch-selector is connected to third input of narcotic mixture flow interrupter and to input of pneumatic pulse generator. Generator output is connected to one of pneumatic relay inputs, and its two other inputs are connected to outputs of follower and of second pressure stabilizer. The latter is also connected to other input of follower. Pneumatic relay output is connected to fourth input of narcotic mixture flow interrupter, and its output is connected via connecting device to patient. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
