FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has unit for controlling biologically active points with light indication member, photopuncture unit, modulation unit which outlet is connected to control input of electropuncture unit and the first input of optic radiation source control unit. The device has active and passive electrodes attached through switching unit to biologically active point control unit input and electropuncture unit output. The biologically active point control unit has means for determining biologically active point states from measurement of electric conductivity and introducing optic radiation source switch-on inhibition signal when the mentioned value is out of pathologic range.
