REFLEXOTHERAPY DEVICE Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

Abstract RU 2014068 C1

FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: reflexotherapy device is provided additionally with board for checking and diagnosing biologically active points (BOP) and with commutator. BOT control board is electrically connected with needles-electrodes through the commutator. Each needle-electrode, which has positive electrode potential, is connected with corresponding slip-ring brush of the commutator through microswitch ( button ). Each needle-electrode, which has negative electrode potential, is connected with to slip-ring brushes, connected together, through microswitch ( button ) and measuring device, for example, through microammeter or microvoltmeter of magnetoelectric system, that results to improvement in efficiency of control. In order to provide reflexotherapeutic action on BOP, which is controlled for amplitude and duration, for recording reaction of internal organs and functional systems of patient's body, any needle-electrode is electrically connected with terminals-jacks, disposed onto the control board. Measuring and recording devices are connected to the terminals-jacks. Range of controlling electroplating current is widened due to the fact, that additional electrodes are made for smooth measurable change in contact active area with palms and soles of patient. Light-guides are introduced into through channels of needles-electrodes to provide complex action on biologically active points. Shaft of commutator collector is rotated manually, it may be also rotated by means of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical drive; frequency of rotation is variable. BOP control board and commutator, introduced into the device, provide to act in sequence and selectively on selected BOP and to inspect reaction for action according to changes in their electrophysiological characteristics. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 6 cl, 7 dwg
