SUBSTANCE: material removed from rewinding position (full rolls from winding position, cores from unwinding position) is placed onto reloading device by means of manipulating-and-transportation device wherefrom it is delivered to stores by means of manipulating-and-transportation device. Material loaded at rewinding position (empty winding cores for winding position, full rolls for unwinding position) is transported by the same manipulating-and- transportation device from place of storage to reloading device, and is placed on reloading device for subsequent loading onto rewinding position by means of manipulating-and-transportation device. Reloading device is made so that one and the same manipulating-and-transportation device can place material to be loaded on winding position and remove loaded material.
