FIELD: stomatology, in particular, heads for preparing carious tooth cavities for filling. SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing abrasive by thermal treatment, with casing and abrasive heating temperatures being equal and binder roasting temperature corresponding to mentioned temperature. To fix abrasive on prepared working part of head casing, enamel slip and abrasive are applied in mentioned sequence with following drying and roasting; enamel slip is repeatedly applied and dried with following dipping of casing into abrasive heated to enamel roasting temperature; enamel slip is applied, dried and roasted with following dipping of casing into abrasive heated to enamel roasting temperature; casing heated to enamel roasting temperature is dipped into mixture of dry enamel powder and abrasive.
