FIELD: refractory materials. SUBSTANCE: initial blend is fused in a cold container in pulse mode being subjected to alternating melting and subsequent cooling to a temperature constituting 0.8-1.0 boiling temperature. This procedure is repeated 2-7 times, each time, after cooling, substance is allowed to stand for 0.1-20 min. Needle and plate crystals 3.5 mm in size are obtained suitable for electrical engineering, instrumental engineering, and high-temperature technics. EFFECT: improved quality of product. 1 tbl
