FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: gravitational engine is made up as weights set in vertical guides for movement and kinematically connected to actuating hydraulic cylinders and shaft of the engine. The frame of an inertial exciter is mounted in guides for permitting movement in lateral plane and has two gears with disbalnces engaging each other. One of the gears is connected with the shaft of an electric motor mounted on the frame which is coupled with the delivery hydraulic cylinders of the energy converter. In addition the shaft of the engine is connected with a DC generator through a reduction gear. The generator is connected with an electrical equipment. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 22 dwg
