FIELD: electric engineering; power plants. SUBSTANCE: proposed generating plant has frame on which plant, generator and control panel are mounted. Power plant is essentially hydro-and-gas dynamic motor including hydraulic motor, reactors, distributing mechanism, cyclone, service tank and tank for storing working medium, and hydraulic control system. Inlet branch pipes of reactors are connected through intake valves with service tank, and outlet branch pipes are connected through distributing mechanism with intake space of hydraulic motor. Outlet space of said motor is connected with cyclone whose inner space communicates with atmosphere, and outlet branch pipe is connected with service tank. Gas generators are arranged inside reactors. Each gas generator is automatically opening and closing container with active elements. The latter are made of metal or alloy of cerium or yttrium groups of lanthanides family. Movable elements of gas generators are mechanically coupled with control system of hydraulic motor. Distilled water is used as working medium in hydro-and-gas dynamic motor. EFFECT: improved operating capabilities. 15 dwg
