FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out antiseptic and mechanical treatment of dental alveolus and replant. Dental pulp is removed, tooth cavity and dental canal are filled with phosphate cement. The replant is placed back into its alveolus and fixed. The pulp of the tooth to be replanted is removed by means of retrograde method through the root canal opening after resecting root top. The root canal is filled with phosphate cement in applying retrograde method through the resected root canal opening. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 9 dwg
