FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical and orthopaedic dentistry, and is intended for use in dental treatment with preserved and partially destroyed crown part and presence of inflammatory process in periapical dental tissues. Working and auxiliary impressions are obtained. Tooth is removed. Then, gentle tooth curettage is performed. After that, the implantable tooth is inserted into the working impression with a coronal portion. Silicone column is formed around the root portion of the repaired tooth. Impression is filled with gypsum. After complete hardening of the gypsum, the pattern and the impression are separated. Then the implanted tooth is removed from the model and subjected to antiseptic treatment. Tops of roots are retrograded with phosphate cement. Crown portion of tooth is reduced with photopolymerisable composite. Further, the repaired tooth is inserted into the working model. Axis of tooth preparation for the selected orthopedic structure is determined. Working model containing the implanted tooth is fixed on the parallelometer table. Method includes grinding of hard tissues of crown part of an implanted tooth in accordance with an axis odontopreparation. During the preparation, the cervical border is elongated by 0.5 mm towards the apex of the root. Provisional crown of an implanted tooth is simulated. Impression is made from a working model containing a replantable tooth with a wax model of a provisional crown. Portion of cold hardening plastic is added to the silicone. Impression is placed on the working model. After complete polymerisation of plastic impression is removed from working model. Provisional crown is removed from the implanted tooth. Then, Metrogyl Denta gel is added to the bottom of the receiving bed. Prepared implanted tooth with provisional crown are removed from working model. It is followed by antiseptic treatment with subsequent implantation into a "sensing maternal bed". In case of primary stability, the implanted tooth is not splinted to adjacent teeth. In the absence of primary stability, a toothed splint is required. In the region of gum contact with the repaired tooth, preparation "Solcoseryl dental adhesive paste" is applied.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to create a tooth stump with a predetermined angle of convergence of vertical walls, to form a ledge of the same width and a given shape along the perimeter of the neck of the reimplanted tooth and to simulate a natural anatomical edge in a denticulate part of the tooth.
