FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: arterial blood pressure is measured in patients for 4 days (three times per a day, before and 1 and 3 h after hypotensive drug administration). Drug is given at 12 h intervals but at different day hours. On the 5-th and the following days hypotensive drug is administrated to patient with the most organism sensitivity to this preparation. Also, cardiac blood release and peripheral vascular resistance were recorded with simultaneous arterial blood pressure measurement. EFFECT: increased precision of method.
