METHOD OF ANESTHESIA CARRYING OUT IN SURGERY PATIENTS WITH ASSOCIATED HYPERTENSION DISEASE Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, anesthesiology. SUBSTANCE: in presurgery period method involves study of indices of central and peripheral hemodynamics and assay of the parent circulation type. After premidication 12 h before surgery clophelin is prescribed in the dose 0.075 mg to patients with hypokinetic type of circulation, in the dose 0.15 mg to patients with normokinetic type of circulation, in the dose 0.1125 mg to patients with hyperkinetic type of circulation. Then in transport of patient to surgical room circulation type is assayed again and clophelin is administrated before anaesthesia onset in doses 10, 20 and 30 mg to patients with hypokinetic, normokinetic and hyperkinetic types of circulation, respectively, During surgery operation clophelin is administrated depending on parameters of central and peripheral hemodynamics indices being in the same doses as before operation up to consciousness loss and doses are depended on arterial pressure change during total course of operation. Method provides safety and decreases adverse effects by carrying out the balanced anaesthesia with deep neurovegetative protection without depression of hemodynamics at all stages of anesthesing process.
