SUBSTANCE: apparatus has supporting elements for console tubes, executed in form of two pairs of separate brackets having prescribed length; brackets are connected with platform and may be installed at required height; console tubes are jointed with supporting elements on hinges and may be regulated on height from 0.5 to 1.6 m; interaction zone between clamps and supporting elements is localized just above joining of console tubes with supporting elements.
