FIELD: polymer membranes. SUBSTANCE: polymer carrier is covered with a polymer aqueous solution with additive and then dried. The polymer used is an aromatic polyamide based on 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl-2,2′-sulfonic acid or its mixture with not more that 50% of 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl- 2-sulfonic acid and isophthalic acid chloroanhydride or a mixture of the latter with not more than 50% of terephthalic anhydride. As additive, a mixture of an aliphatic polyamine with an aromatic polyamide at their ratio 1:(2-10) is used. EFFECT: composite membrane suitable for dehydration of alcohols obtained. 1 tbl
