FIELD: plastic metal working, namely, radial swaging. SUBSTANCE: manipulator includes clamping head and mandrel holder supporting mandrel on its one end. Other end of mandrel holder is secured to carriage. Manipulator is provided with changeable annular sleeve. Said sleeve is mounted in clamping head by means of threaded joint. Gaps between inner and outer surfaces of sleeve and respective surfaces of mandrel holder and hollow blank are equal to value of sliding fit. Length of sleeve corresponds to summed length of clamping jaws and length of threaded joint. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
