FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: clamp has an adaptor with stops and tip, pneumatic chamber formed by plate-type elastic member attached around the holder in water-proof manner, and connected to compressed air source, gaskets placed over perimeter of the plate-type elastic member. The adaptor is made in the form of tension rods passed through the stops coming in contact with holder faces. The gaskets are provided with teeth over the external surface. The slope of tooth upper bevels is higher than slope of tooth lower bevels. Lower stop is two-part, consisting of a disc and tip. Damping member is placed between the disc and tip. Ring grooves for holder faces and gaskets are provided in the stops on the side of their contact to the holder. An opening is originated in holder wall to supply compressed air to the pneumatic chamber. Elastic member may be made in the form of a cylinder. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 7 cl, 1 dwg
