FIELD: well drilling, oil production. SUBSTANCE: device has stepped sleeves. Large steps of the sleeves are placed in angular spaces. Packers are positioned on smaller steps of the stepped sleeves. Unit to install upper packer is made in the form of branch pipe, pull member with internal ring groove and couple with radial passages. Working cavity is formed by the couple and outer surface of the pull member. The sleeve with angular groove is placed in the working cavity. Coupling nut is related to the upper portion of the pull member. Lower portion of the coupling nut is related to angular cone. Cams are placed in radial passages of the coupling to secure the pull member with regard to the coupling, and interact to the sleeve. Shear bolts are used to stop the sleeve about the coupling of upper packer installation unit up to the stop against the coupling nut on shearing the bolts.
