FIELD: oil-gas producing industry, particularly, equipment for completion and operation of wells, and for wells repairs without its preliminary killing. SUBSTANCE: equipment includes hollow body with annular bore and radial hole, sealing member, bushing-pusher with radial holes accommodating cams. Cams lock bushing-pusher on body for engagement with sealing member. Installed on body for axial motion are cylinder, slip holder with slips installed for their extension in radial direction with body engagement. There is a ratchet for locking bushing-pusher relative to cone and slips with slip holder. Equipment has shell on which sealing member is located. There is an anchor with slips secured to body and shell, cutoff valve connected with body lower part and bushing rigidly connected to cone. Bushing is located between body and cylinder connected with bushing-pusher. Anchor and shell form annular cavity together with body external surface. Annular cavity is hydraulically communicated with well bore below sealing member through radial hole made in bushing-pusher. EFFECT: increased functional potentialities. 3 dwg
