FIELD: mechanical engineering; carburetor engines. SUBSTANCE: method of control of fuel delivery into carburetor emulsion well comes to the following: passage area of fuel jet is changed by displacing control needle relative to carburetor body depending on angle of turning of throttle valve and by additionally displacing fuel jet relative to carburetor body in direction of displacement of control needle. According to design versions, displacement of fuel jet is carried out depending on pressure in mixing chamber, temperature and ambient pressure acting either together or in different combinations. In device for implementation of this method fuel jet is installed for displacement in direction of displacement of control needle. Fuel jet is coupled with diaphragm rigidly installed in body either directly or through bellows. Under-diaphragm space is connected by channel with mixing chamber. Control needle is installed for displacement relative to device body and is mechanically coupled with throttle valve. Diaphragm has relay characteristics. Jet body is installed for overlapping connecting channel between emulsion well and CARBURETOR float bowl with diaphragm in extreme lower position. EFFECT: improved fuel delivery. 6 cl, 1 dwg
