FIELD: track registration of radioactive objects, specifically, air. SUBSTANCE: method of registration of tracks of charged particles is based on formation of supersaturation in volume filled with mixture of gas and steam sufficient to create drops on ions and on registration in it of charged particles. Supersaturation is formed as result of throttling (positive Joule-Thomson effect) of mixture of gas and steam from volume in which constant pressure of gas and steam at temperature below inversion point is maintained to volume in which tracks of charged particles are registered.
