Abstract RU 2160454 C2

FIELD: nuclear physics, recording of tracks of charged particles. SUBSTANCE: proposed convection chamber includes heated cover and cooled bottom. Layer of supersaturated vapor in which tracks of charged particles are observed is created near bottom thanks to convection. Central part of bottom and upper parts of walls are made of well conducting material and peripheral part of bottom and lower parts of walls are produced from badly conducting material. EFFECT: sufficiently simplified design of chamber and expanded range of working temperatures.
