FIELD: electric drives on electric transport, in washing machines, refrigerators and so on. SUBSTANCE: stator of high-voltage unipolar motor is manufactured in the form of toroidal solenoid 2 inside which two ferromagnetic cores 3 are placed. Sector-shape alternating regions with clearly differing values of induction are located over their circumference. Radial conductors 5 of rotor are connected in series. Two groups of conductors in which current flows in opposite directions are positioned in regions with clearly different values of induction. Force acting on conductors 5 in regions with bigger induction grows which leads to emergence of torque. During rotation conductors 5 with opposite directions of current in winding of rotor enter region of stator with bigger value of induction. For rotation to be continued direction of current in winding of rotor should change to opposite one with the aid of collector. EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability and efficiency of high-voltage unipolar motor. 2 cl, 3 dwg
