FIELD: devices for automatic control for transport and industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves calculation of average speed of all electric drives, comparison of this value to given average speed for all drives and generation of momentum setting according to comparison results. For each drive calculated average speed is compared to measured speed of this drive and if deviation is beyond tolerance range, speed deviation signal is generated and added to measured speed for this drive. Results of said addition are averaged and this value is used as calculated average speed of drives. Corresponding device has average speed regulator and average weight regulator 8 which are shared by all drives. Each electric drive has multipliers, adders, non-linear gates and integral regulator. EFFECT: uniform distribution of load between electric drives in static and dynamic operation modes of multiple-motor drive, low difference between speeds of electric drives for whole load range (even if one motor looses friction to shared connection gear). 6 cl, 1 dwg
