FIELD: production of perfluorinated aromatic compounds. SUBSTANCE: perfluoromethyl derivatives of benzene are prepared by copyrolysis of hexafluorobenzene with polyfluoroalkanes having common formula CxHyFmCln where x= 1-8, y=0-2, m=2-8, n=0-2 or with their mixture, proviso that if x=1, y=1, m is not 3. The process is carried out in flow reactor at 650-800 C. Desired compounds are prepared at yield 62-86 %. EFFECT: increases of desired product, simplifies technology, improves efficiency of the method. 1 tbl
