SUBSTANCE: windmill has working chamber accommodating working element and exhaust pipe with vacuum source, such as burner; in addition, it is provided with dome-shaped sun roof with heat-absorbing surface built up of transparent insulation, such as polythene film or glass, that functions to convert solar energy into heat, panel made of black polythene film or sheet metal painted black, or coat possessing selective optical properties. During sunshine, windmill steadily operates in air flow due to temperature difference under roof dome and atmosphere; in cloudy days or in the dark, vacuum is built up in exhaust pipe by burning fuel in burner.
