FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: fabric is made by one-layer interweaving of mixed synthetic and artificial threads. Warp is composed of polyester complex threads with nominal linear density 27.7-29.4 tex, and filling consists of a single or two-cord twisted polyester-nylon or polyester-viscose yarn with linear density 20-90 tex. Coefficient of interweaving compactness is 0.46-0.63. Number of threads per 10 cm of warp is 180-220 and per 10 cm of filling 150-320. Weight ratio of polyester-nylon to polyester-viscose components is (30-50):(70-50). EFFECT: increased shape stability and dynamic strength of seam, reduced shedding, increased life time of band based on proposed fabric. 3 tbl
