FIELD: fabric for manufacture of upper part of heat-protective and heat-reflecting suits for firemen in gas and oil industry and for personnel working under extreme dangerous effects, such as fire, intensive thermal action, infrared radiation. SUBSTANCE: fabric contains synthetic core and filling threads based on thermostable polymers and face side of fabric is covered with metallized coat. Warp and weft density of fabric is 10-58 threads per 1 cm, interweaving density coefficient is 0.24-1. Core and filling threads with linear density of 5-120 tex contain complex threads and/or homogeneous and/or nonhomogeneous twisted threads and/or their combinations and/or threads containing mixture of natural, artificial, synthetic filaments, thermostable filaments and their combinations. Fabric further contains threads made from nonthermostable polymers. EFFECT: improved quality of fabric by increased tensile and tear strength, improved resistance to flexing and wear resistance, reduced lengthening during rupture and rigidity and decreased tangential resistance coefficient. 2 cl
