FIELD: balancing equipment for dynamic balancing of rotors. SUBSTANCE: method of dynamic balancing of rotor consists in imparting it with rotation on balancing machine, in measurement of vibration loads acting on supports of rotors as result of its residual unbalancing and in transformation of its rotation axis into major central axis of inertia by means of installation of supporting sections of journals and rotor into proper sets composed of two eccentric outer and inner bushings inserted another into other and on to immobile bearing sections of body of balancing machine, subsequent matched turns of outer and inner eccentric bushings relative to journals of rotor and to each other till they make complete revolution. It includes determination of positions of eccentric outer and inner bushings at which values of vibration loads on supports of rotor achieve smallest values and registration of positions of eccentric outer and inner bushings relative to each other and to journals of rotor. Machine to implement proposed method of dynamic balancing of rotor has driving gear, balancing gear in which supports rotor is placed with bearing sections of journals, measuring device, correcting device provided with two sets of eccentric bushings (outer and inner), drive of turn of these bushings, devices for fixation of eccentric bushings relative to each other and to proper bearing sections of rotor. Drive of turn is fabricated in the form of differential gear transmissions which driving links are coupled to eccentric outer and inner bushings and which driven links - to controlled correcting electric motors.
