FIELD: automobile equipment. SUBSTANCE: accelerating speed divider of automobile variable-speed drive is made in form of two holders located coaxially and two rims combined coaxially which may shift eccentrically relative to holders. Fitted radially in holders are sliding supports interconnected by means of springing rings. One holder has toothed rim and planetary mechanism with satellites which are fitted on carrier of drive shaft and are thrown into engageable with toothed rim of holder and toothed rim of drive shaft. EFFECT: simplified construction; enhanced reliability and ease in use; proper alignment of motor and transmission speed. 5 cl, 5 dwg
