DULL CERAMIC OVERGLAZE PAINT Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: overglaze decoration of porcelain, faience and other pattery ware. Dull overglaze ceramic paint comprises the following components (wt%): 10.40-13.00 Pb₃O₄,; 38.60-42.00 SiO₂; 1.20-2.20 Na₂O,; 3.00-4.50 B₂O₃; 3.03-0.08 CaO; 3.90- 4.90 MgO; 1.20-5.00 ZnO; 6.80-8.00 Al₂O₃; 4.90-8.50 SnO₂; 17.00-19.00 Fe₂O₃,; 2.27-3.02 NaF. Paint is brown and has stable and high color characteristics; color is highly saturated and pure in redish-orange spectral region. Paint has no mirror constituent in light reflected from its surface. EFFECT: improved properties of the paint.
