FIELD: mining industry; applicable in mining coal, diamonds and other minerals. SUBSTANCE: method of mineral mining consists on drilling holes, supply of liquid and gaseous agents into the holes, breakage of rocks by building up in production room of pressure differential which provides, first, for phase transition of gaseous agent into liquid state, and then, reverse phase transition of this agent into gas. Pressure differential in production room may be built up from the value ensuring phase transition into liquid state of natural gas contained in rock mass near chamber surface to the pressure which is lower than the value at which its phase transition takes place into gaseous state inside the rock mass.
