VALVE Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: valves and pipe fittings. SUBSTANCE: valve has housing with through branch pipes, inclined partition with seat, neck, drive screw and nut engaging with screw and coupled with shutoff member. Gate is coupled with neck by means of connecting members. Gate is mounted for rotation on shank of hold-down member. Locking ring, gasket and cover pressing the gasket are installed in neck. Gate is installed for engagement with cover coupled with neck by splined connection. Bushing with flange is installed in hole of cover. Bushing has axial holes and two projections engaging with hold-down member and nut through splined connections. Shutoff member is made of two portions: central and ring embracing the central one. Nut is sealed by bellows. Partition is made in form of cylinder with inclined flange and bridge rib. Connecting members of gate and neck be made in form of thread or projections with screw surface.
