SUBSTANCE: division of electric pulses into halves is achieved by counting with the aid of first threshold element, first AND gate, trigger flip-flop and first pulse counter of number of quanting pulses produced by generator of quanting pulses in the course of effective time of electric pulses, by formation of electric delayed pulse by counting with the help of second threshold element, second AND gate and second counter of number of quanting pulses in the course of effective time of half of delayed electric pulse, by comparison of number of quanting pulses produced in the course of half-time of effectiveness of each coming and delayed electric pulse of digital comparator, by formation of left half of delayed electric pulse by delay elements, RS flip-flop and first key and by extraction of right half of delayed electric pulse by delay elements, digital comparator, Rs flip-flop and second key.
