SUBSTANCE: placed in case 1 with annular concentric projections 2 is air cathode 5 in the form of metal substrate with water-repelling air-penetrable layer 7. Cathode 5 is isolated by means of separator 8 from anode 11 placed in cover 10; crossing channels 3 and air intake holes 4 are provided on underside of case bottom. Ratio of the height of annular projection 2 to thickness of water-repelling air-penetrable layer 7 is 0.15-0.90; ratio of inner diameter of cover 10 to that of projection 2 is 1.05-1.30; ratio of width of channel 3 to distance between two adjacent channels 3 on bottom underside of case 1 is 0.3-0.8; channel-depth-to-case-bottom-thickness ratio is 0.10-0.35; ratio of air-intake channel diameter to channel spacing is 0.8-1.5.
