SUBSTANCE: apparatus has rotary girder 1 pivotally supported by central support 2, running wheel 3, set of scrapers 4 arranged in two rows positioned in parallel with girder axis, with scrapers 4 of one row being disposed in gaps between scrapers of other row so that they partially overlap each other. Cheeks and runners are positioned at ends of scrapers, which are attached to girder by flexible tie-rods and rigid carriers. During working stroke, girder 1 draws scrapers 4 behind itself by flexible tie-rods and rigid carriers. As a result, scrapers 4 rake manure with their working edge and feed it into manure receiver 11.
