FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has rotatably mounted Polaroid filter, colorless transparent slide-object from anisotropic material is projected on metal-coated screen. When polaroid glasses are used, the slide-object is percepted as visible in continuously changing color and brightness intensity by a patient due to rotating the first polaroid or disk from anisotropic film placed between the polaroid and polaroid glasses. The method involves placing polarization planes of polaroid glasses in perpendicular orientation to make the same object-picture to be percepted by each eye in different color and brightness and resulting in disinhibition of functional scotoma and stimulating fusion reflex development under conditions close to the natural conditions. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 cl, 1 dwg
