SUBSTANCE: device uses biopotential source 1, analog-to-digital converter 2, storage 3 built around elements providing a direct access to the storage, recording unit 4 consisting of writing assembly 5 furnished with writing element 6 with information carrier 7 and discrete clock 8 of relative displacement of writing element 6 with respect to information carrier 7. The device also has frequency scaler 9, control unit 10, storage controller 11 and clock pulse generator 12.
