FIELD: shipbuilding; aircraft manufacture; dynamically supported vehicles. SUBSTANCE: sea-going passenger wing-in-ground effect craft has hull, tail unit and power plant; built-up wing has aspect of λw= 4-5; aspect ratio of center section is equal λcs= 1,5-2,5 to and that of outer panels is equal to λop= 1,5-3,0 at relative area of outer panels equal to ; outer panel is made in form of gullwing at angle of V-shaped of inclined portion of outer panels X=20 to 40 deg; it is located at plane of wing at distance of of mean aerodynamic chord of outer panel; inclined portion of outer panel has sweepback of leading edge. Twin-fin tail unit has vertical and horizontal wings supported by end ribs of fins. Lower portion of casing and plates of center section are made in form of flexible inflatable pneumatic balloons which consist of external strong tires and internal hermetic chambers. Outer surface of tires is coated with spoilers-steps; areas of tires subjected to intensive abrasive wear are provided with thickened coat covering one third of perimeter of pneumatic balloon cross section; internal hermetic chamber are divided into independent sections by longitudinal and transverse bulkheads; provision is made for individual supply of air for each section. Inflatable parking balloons are secured inside central and side pneumatic balloons on bottom portion of rigid structural members of casing and plates of center section.
