FIELD: aircraft industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to base-ventilated wing-in ground-effect craft. Proposed wing-in-ground-effect craft has hull, sectional wing containing center wing and outer wings, horizontal control surfaces, floats, air propeller arranged before center wing and connected with engine. Center wing is made sweep forward of trailing edge and negative dihedral angle. It is made with high-lift devices of leading edge in form of inclined channel whose edges on upper surface are located closer to nose of center wing-than corresponding flaps on lower surface. parameters of wing-in-ground-effect craft are λ=l2(Scw+2Sow)≥2.5; λcw= λcw 2/Scw=0.5...0.9;0.3≤2Sow/Scw≤0.6; A=(LhcsShcs+2LowSow/BacwScw=0.25...0.45; Aow=2Low(Sow/BacwScw)=0.06...0.11 where l=lcw+2low,lcw,low; is span of sectional wing, center wing and outer wings; Ssw,Sow,Shcs are arm of center wing, outer wing and horizontal control surfaces; Lhcs, Low are arm of horizontal control surfaces and outer wings equal to distance from center of mass of wing-in-ground-effect craft to 0.25 of men aerodynamic chord of horizontal control surfaces and outer wings; Bacw is mean aerodynamic chord of center wing.
EFFECT: provision of stability, controllability and maneuverability of wing-in-ground effect craft without system of automatic control and damping both at flight close to surface of far from surface at high ratio of cruising speed of wing-in ground-effect craft and speed of takeoff from surfaces.
