FIELD: automotive industry; transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has storage battery 1 and capacitor bank 2, starter 5 in the form of DC electrical machine, solenoid switch hose whose make contacts 6 are placed between poles of starter and capacitor bank. Positive pole of capacitor bank is connected with positive pole of storage battery through isolation diode 4 and inductive element 3. One output of switch 9 is connected to point of connection of inductive element 3 with anode of diode 4. Other output of switch and negative pole of capacitor bank 2 are connected with negative pole of storage battery 1 through closing switch 8. Control input of switch 9 is connected with output of control unit 7, one input of which is connected to positive pole of storage battery 1, and the other, to positive pole of capacitor bank 2.
