SUBSTANCE: device has capacitor bank made in form of molecular energy accumulator - capacitor with double electric layer. Voltage converter is connected between storage battery and capacitor bank. Positive pole of storage battery is connected to starter through normally open contacts of solenoid switch and to input of voltage converter, through normally closed contacts of solenoid switch. Diode unit is connected between positive poles of molecular energy accumulator and storage battery. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities, improved reliability of starting. 1 dwg
