FIELD: hand firearm with a folding-type stock. SUBSTANCE: a stock with a check on the side wall and a spring- loaded catch made in the form of a bow with two teeth and a lever are installed on the butt end of the receiver. A spring-loaded retainer of armed position with a stop engageable with one of the teeth of the bow is installed on the stock. The other tooth projects from the receiver and holds the stock by its check in the travelling position. When the bow is turned, the first tooth acts on the second one and sinks the retainer, thus disengaging the stock and receiver for a change-over from the combat position to the traveling. For a change-over from the traveling position to the combat one the bow second tooth is disengaged from the stock check by turning the bow by acting on its lever.
