FIELD: medicine, surgery, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with simultaneous change of patient's body position and impact of physical load for lower limbs. Moreover, in case of bradycardia an incline angle is created of 15-30 degree towards lower limbs for 1-5 minutes in patient at the state of passive activity in back position, then patient is returned into horizontal position for 5-8 minutes. Procedure should be repeated until consciousness is restored, then incline angle of 45-90 degree is created for 1-4 minutes towards lower limbs with simultaneous power load of 2.5-3.0 watt for 2-3 minutes twice or thrice daily. In case of tachycardia at conscious state in back position incline angle of 15-30 degree is created towards patient's head for 1-5 minutes, then patient is put into horizontal position on right side for 65-80 degree and simultaneously for 15-30 degree towards patient's head for 2-3 minutes, then patient is returned into horizontal back position and verticalization is fulfilled to 90 degree towards lower limbs with simultaneous load of 7-13 watt for 2-3 minutes twice or thrice daily. Moreover, body position is changed at velocity of 1 degree per a second. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
