SUBSTANCE: in period free from hydrogen sulfide balneotherapy one should conduct impact upon biologically active points situated in area of the most injured joints by laser radiation of impulse laser therapy device by using minimal radiation power during the first procedure and maximal radiation power for the rest procedures. At the same time the first procedure is performed at 3000 hertz frequency, the second - 1500 hertz, the third - 600 hertz, but beginning from the fourth procedure all the rest ones are conducted at 80 hertz impulse frequency, impact time for every point is 1 minute not more, twelve points are affected per each seance being alternated every third seance.
