FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing injured joints to pulsating laser radiation emitted by semiconductor laser unit. General action hydrogen sulfide baths are to be administered in days free from laser treatment. When carrying out the first two treatments, laser treatment is to be applied to general action biologically active point zones and paravertebrally to reflex zones of the upper and inferior extremities. Beginning with the third one, biologically active points located in the zone of injured joints are additionally exposed to radiation changing them each fourth treatment. The whole treatment course consists of 10 treatments of laser therapy and general action hydrogen sulfide baths. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 7 tbl
