FIELD: cutting of different materials at rescue works. SUBSTANCE: powered manual tool includes body with handle, levers carrying on their one ends cutting organs with pointed cutting edge and power cylinder arranged between said levers and jointly connected with them. Free ends of levers are jointly secured to opposite portions of body. Rod and rod-free cavities of power cylinder are connected respectively with source of pressurized fluid and with draining system for moving cutting edges mutually opposite at cutting and - with draining system and pressurized fluid source for drawing levers with cutting organ apart.
