FIELD: filling transport facilities with fuel, oil other petroleum products. SUBSTANCE: filling system has transportation container connected with tank of transport facility of means of hose, intake hose placed in container and delivery air hose whose one end is connected with container and other end is connected with standard pneumatic system of transport facility. Detachable manifold is secured on neck of transportation container; manifold is made in form of hollow body where branch pipe is located; upper and lower ends of this branch pipe are connected respectively with delivery and intake hoses and with adjustable safety valve.
