FIELD: waste water purification. SUBSTANCE: method is intended for waste water containing organics, heavy metals, and bacterial cells. Waste water is subjected to two-step treatment by galvanic coagulation: first water with pH 4.0-4.5 is treated and then, when precipitate has been separated, alkalized to pH 8.5-9.5 and once more liberated from precipitate.
