Abstract RU 2077704 C1

FIELD: photometric devices. SUBSTANCE: device has serial circuit of photodiode 1 and resistor 2, two inverting amplifiers 5 and 8 which are connected by means of feedback circuit. Input of first amplifier is connected to output of resistor 2. In addition device has controlled voltage source 10, zero detector 12 and four additional resistors 6, 9, 13, 14. Feedback circuit of amplifiers contains first and second additional resistors 6 and 9 which are inserted between input and output of amplifiers. Another terminal of serial circuit of diode and resistor is connected to output of controlled voltage source. First terminals of third and fourth additional resistors are joined and connected to input of second amplifier. Their second terminals are connected to output of recorded voltage source and output of first amplifier, respectively. Output of second amplifier is connected to input of zero detector. EFFECT: increased range of modes, increased precision. 2 dwg
