FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method resides in subjecting patient to effects of radiations emanating from operator's hands by pressing palms of operator to curvilinear bodies which are transparent for physical radiations of human body. Method is carried into effect by apparatus comprises curvilinear body, e.g. body made in the form of thin spherical lens made of material that is transparent to physical radiations of human body. Besides, on focal side of lens, it is possible to arrange, rigidly attached thereto, sequential row of hollow truncated cones, inner surface of which is adapted to reflect and conduct radiations. Apparatus also comprises screw pair rigidly connected to lens for bringing operator's hands in maximum proximity to lens to obtain greatest possible contact spot. EFFECT: enhanced curative effect. 5 cl, 6 dwg
